What does Hauora mean?
Hauora represents the 4 dimensions of each wall.
Taha Tinana - Physical Health
Taha Wairua - Spiritual Health
Taha Whanau - Social well-being and Family
Taha Hinengaro - Mental/ Emotional
I have completed a DLO: Representing how I would take care of each side and How I could improve in this side of myself.
